Featuring a built-in thermowell at the head of the column, a beeping alarm thermometer with adjustable alerts, and 2" tri-clamp fittings, the T500 Pro offers greater control and a streamlined setup. The removable cold finger coil and detachable condenser also make cleaning and storage simple. Plus, with improved water efficiency, it can reduce cooling water usage by up to 30% compared to the original T500, depending on use.
The T500 Pro is ideal for distilling water or crafting a clean neutral spirit of up to 93% ABV, perfect as a base for vodka, gin, or other botanical spirits.
Compatible with the Still Spirits Boiler 25 L, and the Grainfather G30, G40, and G70 Brewing System (sold separately).
