Shipping Terms

Delivery is via a third-party courier. It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office Boxes, Private Bags or Parcel Lockers in New Zealand.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third party companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery, as a signature is usually required. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped.

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Please note that we do not have a retail shop and click & collect is not available.

Free Shipping:

If order value is over $125, freight is FREE on standard orders (excludes large and extra large items).

Note: the order value is the total order value, after all discounts have been applied

Dangerous Goods:

If your order contains one or more items classified as Dangerous or Hazardous Goods it may come separately to the rest of your order, and may take 1-2 days longer to arrive.
