Returns

 

While we don't accept returns for change of mind, we'll gladly assist if your product arrives faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a refund or exchange. Just ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

There are some exceptions to this for specific products including the Grainfather G30 Brewing System, and products with manufacturers warranties. For more details, please refer to our full Terms and Conditions.
