The Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Copper Dome, Condenser, and Boiler 25 L bundle are the ultimate alembic distilling set up, designed to produce high quality distilled water, hydrosols, and flavoursome spirits such as whiskey, rum, bourbon, and gin. The condenser features a 2" tri-clamp connection and the dome comes with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter.
Thanks to the copper construction and the shape of the dome, this pair helps to preserve and enhance the natural flavours and aromas present in your wash, while stripping away unwanted compounds and off-flavours. This produces a high quality distillate that is full of flavour, making it ideal for distilling whiskey, bourbon, rum, and gin.
The condenser features a 2" tri-clamp connection, and the dome comes with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter, allowing compatibility with various accessories so you can customise your setup for a truly personalised distilling experience.
It boiler features two 1100W power switches. Engage both switches to supply 2200W, perfect for quickly heating the boiler contents and reflux distilling. Reduce to 1100W by switching one of the two switches off, ideal for maintaining a gentler boil during distillation, especially for dark spirits like whiskey, rum, and bourbon. For safety during operation, the boiler features an automatic reset switch. The stainless-steel ball valve tap provides durability and ease of use when discarding your contents after distillation.
