A bottom-fermenting neutral lager yeast strain capable of fermenting across a wide temperature range. M24 creates a clean and crisp lager with low levels of sulfur and diacetyl, allowing for fast fermentation and reduced maturation times.

This yeast strain is reliable and as the name suggests, is remarkably versatile. It excels in beer styles where a clean fermentation is desired, particularly in Lagers or IPAs where you want the hops to be the star of show.
