Craft Series Irish Stout makes a distinctively dark stout with a creamy tan head. Bitter coffee and roasted malt notes are balanced by a subtle fruitiness with a lingering, dry finish. The kit includes M42 New World Strong Ale Yeast. This ferments with a neutral yeast aroma - enhancing the full character of the malt and hops in the finished beer. Also included in the kit is 20g Goldings hops to dry-hop your beer.
The pouch is comprised of two compartments. One side is carefully nitrogen flushed and cold filled with delicious, hopped malt extract which has been specifically selected to match each unique beer style. The other side contains instructions, a carefully selected Craft Series Yeast strain tailored to complement the chosen style, and, depending on the kit, a sachet bursting with aromatic dry hops to infuse the brew with an additional layer of flavour and aroma.
