The Grainfather GF30 conical fermenter is a smart, jacketed fermenter capable of fermenting up to 28L of wort.
The GF30 has a built-in Wi-Fi-enabled colour controller that allows you to monitor your fermenter temperature from anywhere using the Grainfather App. The built-in 30W heating element allows for gentle heating of the fermenter to up to 10°C (20°F) above the ambient temperature. The double-walled jacketed fermenter has a cooling sleeve that allows cold water or glycol to be pumped through without touching the beer or the pain of cleaning the fermenter cooling coils. GF30 pairs seamlessly with the GC2, GC4 and cooling pump kit, allowing you to program and monitor complex fermentation schedules through the Grainfather app from anywhere.
The GF30 also comes with a dual-valve system that allows for easy:
- Sampling during the fermentation
- Dumping of the yeast
- sediment-reduced transfer post-fermentation
Because of the double-wall and the dual valve, it means that the inside of the fermenter has a simple profile making cleaning very easy.
