Gladfield Golden Oat Malt is their newest malt using their Big O grain. The oats are germinated in the same way as their Big O Malt, then roasted in small batches to ensure an even saccharification and colour, just as their Crystal Malt recipe. Gladfield Golden Oats are crystalised in their own husk giving you better lautering and adding a creamy texture and a beautiful orange hue colour to your beer.
